FairCo’s methodologies are specifically designed to be extremely flexible. Flexible methodologies can mean the difference between successful high quality assessments and assessments which are inundated with false positives and false negatives.
Unlike the OSSTMM, FairCo’s methodologies specifically allow for a variety of testing ranging from normal vulnerability assessments to full blown aggressive penetration tests with Distributed Metastasis. These testing varieties allow our clients to assess their infrastructure security in accordance with their own acceptable levels of risk. Clients who can afford little risk are exposed to more aggressive testing methods than clients who can assume higher levels of risk. This flexible tailoring of services enables FairCo to provide clients with services which are a perfect match for their business.
FairCo’s methodologies are specifically designed to produce deliverables which are the product of highly qualified security professionals and not automated tools and scripts. Unfortunately, the majority of deliverables which are produced by competing lower cost services are the product of automated tools and scripts. These automated types of deliverables are low accuracy and contain high amounts of false positives and false negatives, while FairCo’s deliverables are high quality with no false positives.
